Instructions
1. Prepare the tea of your choice
2. Sweeten and cool the tea
3. Serve over ice with a squeeze of lemon

How much to use

Fruit Tea
Use 8 teaspoons of tea for one litre of water. Steep for 8 to 10 minutes. Add 4 flat tablespoons of sugar.

Rooibos Tea

Use 8 teaspoons of tea for one litre of water. Steep for 10 minutes. Add 4 flat tablespoons of sugar.

Black Tea
Use 4 teaspoons of tea for one litre of water. Steep for 3 minutes. Add 4 flat tablespoons of sugar.

Green Tea
Let boiled water cool for 4 minutes then add 4 teaspoons of tea for 1 litre of water. Steep for 2 minutes. Add 4 flat tablespoons of sugar. You can use the same leaves to make a second pot of tea. Simply repeat the instructions above and combine the two batches.

Helpful Hint
To quickly cool your tea once it's been sweetened, place the hot pot of tea into the sink. Fill the sink with cold water until the level of the water come close to the top of the teapot. This will cool the tea down in 15 to 20 minutes. Once cool, the tea can then be placed in the fridge to chill.
